1.Cancellation of a lesson must be made 48 hours – 24 hours (AT LEAST) prior to the scheduled lesson time. No shows or failure to inform me within 24 hours is considered a forfeited lesson.

Please understand, when you miss your slot, a teacher loses the possibility to fill that time with another student. Any lessons cancelled at least 24 hours ahead of the scheduled time will be rescheduled.

2.If the lesson cannot be delivered due to technical issues that are beyond our control, it will be rescheduled. The rescheduled lesson will be given at a time convenient to both you and me.

3.Payments must be made at least 48 hours in advance. Paid lesson packages are valid for 180 days from the date of purchase.
